| PROFILE | Mr. Hirose has been working at Miyoshi & Miyoshi since 2011. He graduated from Waseda University in 1983 with a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communication engineering and then completed a master’s degree for which he researched image processing with neural networks. Before joining Miyoshi & Miyoshi, he spent over twenty years working at the Japan Patent Office as an examiner, a trial examiner, a chief examiner and a chief trial examiner in electronics, semiconductor devices, information processing, business methods, telecommunications, and litigation. From 2003 to 2005, he served as a judicial research official in the Tokyo High Court and the Intellectual Property High Court. He is a member of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association and International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property of Japan. |
